Our most deluxe sushi cake is generously topped with Hokkaido scallop sashimi slices and Ikura. More than 10 jumbo pieces of top grade Hokkaido scallop is used for each cake!


The rice is flavoured with salted Konbu, pickled mushroom, and mentaiko furikake. Every slice come with a delicious Center of tobiko mayo, green wakame and Koshin daikon.


All our sushi cakes are made on the day of delivery and recommended to be eaten on the date received for the freshest quality.
