Frequently asked questions
Can you host live seminars or presentations?
Yes, The Mezzanine is equipped with a projector and screen, suitable for presentations, training sessions, and live seminars. A lectern is available or request. For smaller briefings, the TV screens in Tiger Room and The Loft can be used to display slides.
Can we have a custom menu?
Custom arrangements available for groups of 20+. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.
Do you provide alternative dining arrangements?
Yes, we can customize dining arrangements according to your event type. We support Cocktail Setup, Buffet, Long Dining Tables, Sharing/Platter etc. Contact us via WhatsApp to Discuss.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Minimum 3 days for weekdays, 5 days for weekends. Peak periods (Dec, CNY) require earlier booking.
Can we do a site visit before booking?
Yes, site visits are available. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private Room Booking & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation for our private room, a deposit of [Insert Amount, e.g., $200] is required. This deposit will be fully offset against your final bill.
Cancellation & Postponement Terms:
7 Days or More Notice: Full refund of deposit OR one-time free postponement (valid for 30 days).
3 to 6 Days Notice: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% can be used as a credit for a future booking within 30 days.
Less than 72 Hours (3 Days) Notice / No-Show: The full deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used for future bookings.
Note: For any changes to your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 7 days in advance to avoid any charges.
