Our most deluxe sushi log cake for this season is generously topped with Hokkaido scallop sashimi slices and ribbons of pink Japanese daikon. More than 10 jumbo pieces of top grade Hokkaido scallop is used for each cake!


The rice is flavoured with salted Konbu, pickled mushroom, and mentaiko furikake. Every slice come with a delicious centre of tobiko mayo, green wakame and Koshin daikon.
