Roasted unagi eel slices interplay with thin slices of homemade tamago egg to form a cute, almost
tiger-like stripes to this sushi log cake.


The rice is flavoured with black sesame, fresh seaweed, unagi sauce and plum furikake.


Tamago egg strips and fresh cucumber slices in the cross-section provide a nice crunch with every bite. Suitable for the young and young at heart!
